The toolkit as a city of modules.

One cube per module, sized by how many others use it, coloured by family. Drag to orbit, right-drag to pan, wheel to zoom. Click a cube to light up what it depends on (red) and who uses it (green); Shift+click a second cube to trace the dependency path between the two. Three layouts: by family, as a tower with the foundations at the bottom, or as rings with the most used modules in the centre.
